The Holiday House
Creag Eiridh dates from the 1870s, and is located midway between Inverie village (about 15 minutes walk) and Glaschoille on the northern shore of the splendid Loch Nevis, enjoying spectacular views shared only with the wildlife. It has recently been beautifully refurbished, and is comfortably furnished through out. It is also fully centrally heated, with all the mod cons you will need for your stay.
The house sleeps 10 people (3 x twin rooms, 1 x single room and 1 x double plus a single bed bedroom).
Your Stay
You can be assured of a very warm Highland welcome from Iain and Jo Wilson who look after Creag Eiridh and who, with their children, own a sheep farm at Inverguserain, which is on the other side of the peninsula.
Iain will meet you in Mallaig and take you over to Inverie in his boat, Calanna. Jo will meet you at the pier with a vehicle to take your luggage along to the house, which she maintains to her exacting standards.
During your stay you might like an outing on Calanna. Iain offers wildlife and whale watching trips and is a fully qualified WISE operator. (WIldlife SafE) He can also arrange 'drop offs' and 'pick ups' for walkers, fishing and picnic trips, he also runs visits to the Small Isles of Rum, Muck, Eigg and Canna.
